Jones County School District 37-3

Jones County middle school students and parents returned this morning from a four day trip to Washington DC. Jones County School District works with, and has for years, World Classrooms for trip arrangements. Mrs. Teri Kinsley is our coordinator with World Classrooms. The group visited all the Memorials, many of the Smithsonian Museums, Capitol, White House, Arlington Cemetery, Holocaust Museum, Mount Vernon, Gettysburg and more. This trip is a wonderful opportunity for our students - parents too! Typically Jones County schedules a trip every-other-year for those middle school students and parents interested. Information about the next trip will be given to students this fall.
